2 peppermint tea bags
1/2 cup hot water
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup cold water
1. Brew tea in 1/2 cup hot water
2. Blend protein powder and cold water
3. Add tea
Thanks to the wonderful Wonder-girl herself I have a new favorite. Trying this tonight after I grab some peppermint tea, mine will be sans chocolate though, going to try out my plain protein.
