Our coach took video this weekend of our stride. Next steps
The other day I calculated my macros and I have no idea if I did it right. I calculated my calories as 2085 for maintenance, 1877 for fat loss and my macros as 83/104/152. I’m hoping this can break me out of my plateau. Anyone have any tips for sticking with their macros and do these even look right?
