self doubt is the worst kind of friend
Having a tough time wondering if I am going to finish the half I signed up for. I haven’t been training, it took me forever to run 4 miles the other night, my pace was in the 13 to 14 min/mile range. I haven’t logged enough miles, I haven’t been eating properly, and right now I am really starting to doubt my ability.
