Day One - Starting…
Going to start this today!
Ahhhhhh just weighed myself at the gym and I’m down to 153ish. I started at 161 and haven’t worked out for a week. Imagine if I had how much more I would be down. Today was definitely the motivation I needed to keep going.
My eating the past week has been overall pretty good but I did have my slip ups.
I will leave you now, writing on the treadmill isn’t super easy!

Back on the track
Just figured out tracked tags, this is making tumblr an even larger addiction in my life. Also is giving me the motivation to get back into the gym tomorrow. I haven’t been in over a week and it’s killing me, I had good reason I was the only one home for the past week and felt horrible leaving my little Dixie butt at home alone. We did play a lot but I also fell off the healthy wagon a...

Your Nutritionista: The Genius of Joe: Mini Brie... →

I never realized the “Trader” in Trader Joe was a euphemism for “dealer.” Trader Joe is just like a crack dealer: It sells things that blow your mind and keep you coming back for more.
Exhibit A: The Mini Brie Bites I just found there this past weekend.
So inside each container, there…
Reason gazillon we need Trader Joe or an equviant in Ontario. Someone get on this...
essscaaapaaades asked: Eep! You don't like chocolate?! You must be crazy.... ;)
It works the same for other things.... Peanut butter, caramel, etc.
With stuff like donuts, you can try just having a bite or so. Cut it into smaller pieces first. That way you can nibble at it as your cravings come, and then instead of eating a whole donut at once, you might spread it over days.

Cravings, beat them down
I’ve been craving all sorts of junk food today, but I had a donut this morning and it left the worst taste in my mouth so no more donuts for me. healthy eating is so hard sometimes and today is one of those times. When does this get easier? I just want to have control over my body, be strong and defined and be able to beat up those cravings. Does anyone have suggestions for beating those...
and the day wears on
so i missed my lunch picture totally forgot, things slip my mind all the time. Now after learning how to use the snow blower in case anything ever happens and my daddy isnt here to dig me out I can do it all by myself. I made a wonderful (calorie-full) hot chocolate to warm the inner cracks and creves of my body cause it is winter, in Canada and that means coldddddd. Working from home is actually...
