Ahhhhhh just weighed myself at the gym and I’m down to 153ish. I started at 161 and haven’t worked out for a week. Imagine if I had how much more I would be down. Today was definitely the motivation I needed to keep going. My eating the past week has been overall pretty good but I did have my slip ups. I will leave you now, writing on the treadmill isn’t super easy!

It works the same for other things.... Peanut butter, caramel, etc.
With stuff like donuts, you can try just having a bite or so. Cut it into smaller pieces first. That way you can nibble at it as your cravings come, and then instead of eating a whole donut at once, you might spread it over days.

I’ve been craving all sorts of junk food today, but I had a donut this morning and it left the worst taste in my mouth so no more donuts for me. healthy eating is so hard sometimes and today is one of those times.
