Janessa, hummus is really easy. Chick peas, garlic, blender, use some of the juice from the chickpeas, lemon, tahini paste (find it in the international section) and then this one seems like it has more spices added to it. just go nuts!

Sticky hot and a/c woes
So I’m enjoying another night of work sitting in my car that lacks a/c on one of the hottest days of the year and I would give anything to be in my ridiculously cold basement. You see the thing with my house is that since it’s ancient the a/c doesn’t really keep the 2nd floor as cool as my parents would like so they run the a/c and the basement and ground floor are like ice boxes...
