I think I want to become an ice cream maker. I miss making ice cream, kit brought me great pleasure and I totally enjoyed it. I really want to do something creative with my life and I love fresh dairy and real ingredients and creating fun and tasty treats.
I change my mind every month about what I want to do with my life and this is just another thought in the never ending search for what I’m supposed to do with my life. I need to figure my shit out, figure out what I’m good at, what my skills are. I still find it really hard to pin point my skills and talents. I don’t think I’m particularly good at one thing, I stick my fingers in and graze the top of each pie. I learn a little of this, a little of that but never fully commit myself to learning one thing or another. I feel as though I’m not smart enough or good enough a lot of the time. I’m not as successful as those I went to school with, I’m never going to be like them, I’m not going to have a corner office, the big paycheque, people who look up to me, the family, the right house, the right car. I’m 25 and having trouble dealing with the lack of successful I feel. I know success is so many things to so many people but I just want the universe to notice me. Let me have a little something good. I have friends, but I don’t feel close to anyone.
Wow, if you read this, good on you. I just don’t know how to deal anymore.
My trip to the zoo!!!!!
Since I’m too cheap to get a gym membership while in Auz, I’ve decided to start the Insanity videos. I think they will help me with getting stronger for derby and having my clothes fit again.
To anyone who has done it before, do you follow the meal plan or just eat healthy with lots of protein? Right now is actually the perfect time for me to start Insanity as we are on a 2 months break from derby, allowing me to focus solely on the Insanity workouts and getting them done. I’m going to load them all into my iPad and take that to the park to do the workouts after work or just do it in the living room.
Anyone who has done Insanity before, do you have any suggestions or tips?
I miss you guys a lot!!! But I will be back (I think, I don’t know). *shrugs* and *hugs*
